Where we deliver

We deliver cooked food only, from our own kitchen, to addresses within about 2.5 km of our kitchen at Paras Trinity, Sector 63, Gurugram. The app checks your address before you order; if it's outside our area, it won't let you place the order. We do not ship goods by courier or outside this area.

How long it takes

Most orders reach you in about 10 minutes from when the kitchen accepts them. Heavy rain, traffic or very busy hours can make it longer. You can follow your order's progress and your rider's live location in the app. If the app offers a later time slot, you can also schedule an order for that time.

Delivery charges

The delivery fee is ₹25 per order, and free when your items total ₹199 or more. A platform fee of ₹9 and applicable GST are added. Every charge is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Receiving your order

Our rider brings the order to the address you chose and may call the phone number on your account to find you. Please make sure someone can receive it. If we can't reach you at the address, contact us and we'll sort it out.
