These terms apply when you use the Savora app or website to order food from Mohit Anand ("Savora", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to order. Please give accurate details: your name, a phone number we can reach you on, and your delivery address. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private.

Orders and prices

• Menu prices are in Indian Rupees. The checkout shows every charge (items, delivery fee, platform fee, GST and any discount) before you pay.
• An order is confirmed when our kitchen accepts it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or the address is outside our delivery area. If we do, you are not charged and any online payment is refunded in full.
• Coupons have their own conditions shown in the app, and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Food descriptions and pictures are a guide; actual presentation may vary slightly.

Payment

You can pay online by UPI (processed by Razorpay) or in cash on delivery. If an online payment fails or can't be verified, the order won't be prepared until it's resolved.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service: no fake orders, abusive behaviour towards riders or staff, or attempts to interfere with payments. We may suspend accounts that do.

Food safety and allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten and soy. If you have an allergy, please check with us before ordering. Veg and non-veg items are marked in the app.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kanpur have jurisdiction.
