Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Mohit Anand ("Savora", "we") collects through the Savora customer app, rider app and website, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and mobile number.
- Addresses and location: the delivery addresses you save, and your device location if you choose to use it to set an address.
- Orders: what you ordered, when, the amount, coupons used, and any rating or review you give.
- Payments: for online payments, the payment reference from Razorpay. Razorpay processes the payment itself; we never receive your UPI PIN or bank or card details.
- Preferences: favourite dishes and app settings such as notifications.
- Delivery partners (rider app): name, phone, vehicle and driving-licence numbers, UPI ID for payouts, an emergency contact, and live location only while a delivery is in progress.
How we use it
- To take, cook, deliver and support your orders, including sharing your name, delivery address and phone number with the rider delivering it.
- To show you your rider's live location and let you call them during a delivery.
- To process payments and refunds through Razorpay.
- To send order updates if you allow notifications.
- To keep the service safe and to meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it for us
Our app runs on Google Firebase (account sign-in and data storage). Payments are handled by Razorpay. Maps and routing use OpenStreetMap-based services and Ola Maps. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is active. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and edit your profile and addresses in the app.
- You can turn notifications and location access off in your phone settings.
- To get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, email mohitanand423@gmail.com from your registered email address. We'll act on it as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
